Todd has been practicing yoga for over 40 years. In the fall of 2017, he completed his first 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training (200 RYT) in Vinyasa Prana Flow Yoga (Shiva Rae). Todd then completed his second 200 RYT in Ashaya Awakening Teacher Training (Todd Norian), completing in the fall of 2020. Todd has been teaching yoga since 2017 and more recently teaching classes virtually.
The Practice will be grounded in Alignment-based therapeutic yoga techniques with emphasis on safe and proper body alignment and paying attention to the body’s natural yoga centers, breath and bandhas. When all is expressed with knowledge, confidence and compassion; expansion and healing can begin. Expanding our heart, reducing self-imposed boundaries, supporting emotional health and maybe get a good stretch. The practice is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience.
Come to class with a beginner’s mind, open to all possibilities, cultivating kindness and compassion, forgiving and not judging yourself along the way, easily stepping into the gentle flow of your yoga practice and letting GO.
