Natalie began practicing yoga while in law school as a way to center herself and deal with stress. Natalie has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years, but the pandemic gave her the opportunity to pursue her Yoga Teacher Training. Natalie is a 200-hour RYT and completed additional Certifications in Yin and Restorative Yoga.
She is currently working towards her 300 Hour YTT, and Yoga Nidra and Prenatal Certifications. Natalie recognizes the importance of work-life balance and uses her experience outside of the studio together with her Yoga training to create a class centered around mindfulness, relaxation, and acceptance. She uses yoga, breathwork, and affirmations to help others become the best versions of themselves.
