Lindsey has always been drawn to yoga. She first began practicing in 2007, and instantly fell in love with yoga. Since stepping on a yoga mat for the first time, she knew her calling in life was to teach and help people feel at home in their bodies. She hopes through teaching Yoga she can bring the same sense of peace and joy to her students on and off their mats. Lindsey pursued her Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Works and is a 200-hour RYT. Her training with Yoga Works taught her that yoga is a science. It applies physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation and philosophy, to help those that practice it, arrive at a state of inner peace, which in turn leads them to inner freedom.
