About the Course
This format combines the benefits of yoga and meditation into a one comforting class! Class begins with gentle stretching, yoga postures, and breathing techniques designed to relax the body and clear the mind, followed by generous time for meditation. Each class will explore different seating props, meditation approaches, and ways to overcome common obstacles to meditation. Low intensity; all levels welcome.
