About the Course

Nicole will guide you through gentle yin postures that will help you on your path of self-awareness. Nicole is passionate about self-love and using the resources we have readily available within ourselves to heal. Yin is turning inwards, being present in the moment, self-reflection with the added benefits of stretching our beautiful muscles and fascia.

Alternating Tuesdays at 8pm and Wednesdays at 7pm
