About the Course

Start your week off right with Sunday Reset! In this 60 minute class, we will move slowly and mindfully as we practice simple flowing sequences that incorporate both standing and prone positions. Gentle yoga focuses on releasing tension and stress, connecting with the breath, and gaining strength and flexibility. All skill levels welcome. No prior yoga experience needed.
