About the Course
In this class we will explore deep stretches and poses that promote flexibility and elongation of muscles, improving overall mobility and posture, engage in strength-building postures to develop core stability, enhance muscular endurance, foster a balanced physique, emphasize the synchronization of breath and movement facilitating a deeper mind-body connection and promote relaxation. This class is suitable for practitioners of all levels.
