About the Course
This gentle 60 minute morning vinyasa practice is intended for all experience levels. Each asana prepares for the next with proper alignment, leveraging your breath as a guide. Class will begin with a group centering, followed by asana, finishing with a guided Savasana to conclude your practice and ready you for the day. Come and wade into the flow.
Tuesdays + Thursdays at 7:30am
