Manifest your heart's intentions! Activate your inner goddess through guided free form movement and conscious dance all while having the time of your life with other wonderful women. Learn hip drops, undulations, figure 8's, and even incorporate some props into your dance. This is a fun workout for women of all ages, shapes, and fitness levels. Let's embrace our bodies and move from a place of self-love and acceptance.
